Consultation fees are based on home size including basement sq ft:
under 3000 sq ft......... $99
3000-5000 sq ft.......... $149
over 5000 sq ft........... $199
Real Estate Consultations:
If you have lots of de-cluttering, pre-packing and other things that you need to get done and no time to do them, I will come in and complete the work for you.
Prices are per hour based on the kind of work that needs to be done.
